List of Ingredients
Zucchini Pie
4 cups zucchini - peeled, sliced (to resemble apple slices), steamed and
drained
1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
dash of salt
2 Tblsp (or more) flour
1 Tblsp lemon juice
apple pie spices to taste
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 Tblsp margarine
unbaked pie shell
Mix all ingredients except pie shell and pour into shell.
Topping:
1 cube margarine
1/2 C sugar
1 C flour
Combine, crumble and sprinkle topping ingredients over pie. Bake at 375
for 45 minutes. Makes one 8x8 dish. Double the recipe to bake in a 9x13
