that came with my perfect donut maker.
It bakes instead of frying and came with 2
pans and a icing decorating tube w/tips.
donuts - Blueberry Lemon, baked
1 cup blueberry muffin mixture
2 Tablespoons sugar (vary to taste)
1 beaten egg
1/3 cup milk
Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients vigorously by hand until well blended.
Coat donut pan with cooking spray.
Pour batter into molds up to 2/3's full.
Bake 5 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched.
Let cool. Remove and dip into lemon glaze if desired.
When donut pan is cool, wipe clean and repeat process for baking.
Makes approximately 12 large donuts or 36 bite size donuts.
