that came with my perfect donut maker.
It bakes instead of frying and came with 2
pans and a icing decorating tube w/tips.
donuts - Choolate Spice, baked
1 cup + 2 teaspoons flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup milk
3 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup chocolate morsels, (if more
...morsels are desired, increas morsels to
...1/2 cup and decrease oil to 1 1/2 teaspoons
Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
Mix togther flour, cocoa, baking powder and cinnamon.
Next add egg, milk and oil and mix vigorously until well blended.
Stir in chocolate morsels.
Lightly coat pan with cooking spray.
Pour batter into molds up to 2/3's full.
Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched.
Let cool.
Remove and dip into vanilla or chocolate glaze and decorate with sprinkles, etc.
When donut pan is cool, wipe clean dn repeat process for baking.l
Makes approximately 12 large donuts or 36 bit size donuts.
