    donuts - Cinnamon Holes, easy

    1 cup granulated white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    3 cups flour
    dash of salt
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    ground cinnamon to taste

    Mix together.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil.
    Fry until brown. Drain.
    Roll in sugar and cinnamon mixed together.
