    donuts - Cream Cheese, fried

    1 egg
    2 Tablespoons granulated white sugar
    1 cup self-rising flour
    2 Tablespoons cream cheese
    2 Tablespoons yogurt
    2 1/8 teaspoons vanilla sugar; (10 g)
    grated lemon rind

    Mix egg and sugar together.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat well.
    Drop spoonfuls into hot oil.
    Fry quickly, drain and roll in powdered confectioners sugar.
