    from the perfect donut maker recipe book
    that came with my perfect donut maker.
    It bakes instead of frying and came with 2
    pans and a icing decorating tube w/tips.

    donuts - Yogurt, baked

    1 cup + 2 Tablespoons flour
    2 Tablespoons honey
    1 1/2 Tablespoons baking powder
    1 beaten egg
    1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
    1/2 to 1 teaspoon lemon extract
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    23/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 cup yogurt
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts

    Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
    MIx egg, honey, oil, yogurt and lemon extract together
    until well blended.
    In a separate bowl mix togethe dry ingredeints and then
    incorporate the dry into the wet mixture until blended
    but do not over mix batter.
    Fold chopped nuts into batter.
    Pour batter into meolds up to 2/3's full.
    Bake 6 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched.
    Remove anddip into vanilla glaze.
    When donut pan is cool, wipe clen and repeat process for baking.
    Makes approximately 12 large donuts or 36 bite size donuts.
