Caramel Apple Pizza

This is like the Pampered Chef recipe.


List of Ingredients




1, 20 ounce sugar cooky dough
1/4 c. peanut butter
1, 8 ounce package cream cheese
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 medium granny smith apples - peeled, cored and sliced
1 c. 7 Up soda
cinnamon
1/4 c. caramel ice cream topping - I want to try the apple dip in the
produce section, might be better
1/2 c. chopped peanuts

Recipe



Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove 1/2 c. of the cooky dough. Reserve for other use. Roll the rest of
the dough out to 14" circle on a cooky sheet lined with parchment paper or a
pizza stone. Bake 11 -14 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Loosten from stone or
sheet and cool completely.
Mix peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread over cooky. Dip
apples in 7up. Arrange over peanut butter mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Heat caramel and drizzle over. Sprinkle with peanuts.
Serves 16.
