1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
1 or 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
Olive oil
5 to 6 cloves of minced garlic
1 cup Alfredo sauce, (homemade or readymade)
1, 8 ounce package shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Unroll pizza dough onto a pizza pan or pizza stone.
Press out to cover the whole pan. Bake at 425 degrees
F. for about 7 minutes, or until lightly browned. While
the dough is cooking, coat the chicken with flour.
Heat some oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until
done and browned on both sides.
About 2 minutes before the chicken is done, add half
the garlic to the pan and cook with the chicken. Remove
and shred or cut into small pieces.
Spread the Alfredo sauce on the crust. Top with the
chicken> Sprinkle with the remaining minced garlic,
then top with the cheeses. Sprinkle top with green onions.
Bake for about 7 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted
and bubbly.
