    1, 12 inch Italian bread shell
    3 tablesppon teriyaki baste + glaze, with honey + pineapple
    1/2 medium thinly sliced red onion
    1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
    1 cup + 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided, (6oz.)
    2, 3ounce pieces fully cooked chicken or turkey sausages, thinly sliced

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 450.
    Place bread shell on large pizza pan or baking sheet.
    Spread teriyaki baste sauce evenly over bread.
    Arrange onion and pepper slices over sauce.
    Sprinkle with 1 c. of the cheese.
    Arrange sausage over cheese and sprinkle remaining cheese.
    Bake for 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
    Makes 4 servings.
