Pizza Biscuits
1, 16.3 ounce can large refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (8)
16 slices pepperoni
16 slices ripe olives
1 1/2 Tablespoons chopped green pepper
2 ounce jar sliced pimientos, drained
3 Tablespoons shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1, 8 ounce jar pizza sauce
Separate biscuits.
Place biscuits 3 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
Spread pizza sauce on each.
Place 2 pepperoni slices and 2 olives on each biscuit.
Sprinkle with green pepper.
Place pimiento strips on top of that.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees F. for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 8 servings.
