    Pizza Butter English Muffins

    1 pound butter
    1, 6 ounce can tomato paste
    1 teaspoon granulated white sugar
    2 teaspoons ground oregano
    1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
    5 or 6 shakes garlic powder
    English muffins

    Mix everything except muffins together with a mixer.
    Split muffins and spread with pizza butter.
    Top with pepperoni, cooked sausage, mushrooms or whatever.
    Place under broiler until bubbly.
    Refrigerate.
    Keeps indefinitely.
    Freezes well.
    This generously fills a large sized frozen whipped
    topping container.
