1, 10 ounce package refrigerated pizza dough
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
1, 8 ounce package shredded 4 or 5 cheese blend pizza cheese, (2 cups)
2 medium red potatoes, scrubbed, cooked with skins and cut into 1/4 inch
slices
1 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease a 15x10 inch baking sheet.
Unroll pizza dough and lay on greased pan.
Press out dough to a 12x10 inch rectangle.
Roll up edges slightly.
Bake for 7 minutes and remove from oven.
Use a small bowl to combine the oil and garlic.
Brush over the hot crust.
Sprinkle with 1/2 of the shredded cheese.
Place potatoes over top.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Sprinkle the rosemary over the potatoes.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
