BBQ'd Chops

List of Ingredients
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. + 3 tsp. water, separated
1/4 c. + 1 tbsp. brown sugar, separated
1 1/2 tsp. molasses
4 pork chops
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. bottled chili sauce
1/4 tsp. ground mustard Recipe
Combine soy sauce, water, 1/4 c. brown sugar and molasses in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool.
Pour into a container with a lid or a plastic locking bag.
Add chops. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Drain and discard marinade.
Put chops in baking dish and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine ketchup, 3 tsp. water, 1 tbsp. brown sugar, ketchup, chili sauce and mustard. Bring to a boil, stirring until smooth.
Brush over chops and bake for 10 minutes. Turn, baste and bake for 10 more minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
