    Bacony Pork Tenderloins, baked

    2, 1 pound pork tenderloins
    2 strips bacon
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tablespoon white vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon packed brown sugar

    Wrap each tenderloin with a strip of bacon.
    Fasten with toothpicks and place in baking pan.
    Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour
    over the meat.
    Cover and marinate for 3 - 4 hours, turning the
    meat once. Baste with pan juices.
    Bake at 300 degrees F. for 2 hours or until tender.
    Remove the toothpicks and slice.
    Makes 4 - 6 servings.
