Brown Sugar Pork Chops
PER PERSON:
1 or 2 pork chops
1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon packed brown sugar
soy sauce
Stab or cut each pork chop a little.
Place pork chops onto a baking sheet.
On top of each place 1 tablespoon of butter
and then the brown sugar.
Srinkle some soy sauce on each to taste.
Cover with foil, bake at 400 degrees F. for 45
minutes, turning once.
Remove foil.
Turn temperature to 350 degrees F. and bake
for an additional 15 minuess.
Notes:
May use the leftover juices to add to a gravy
for extra flavour.
Baking time is for bone-in pork chops. Reduce bake
time for boneless pork chops.
