    Creamed Ham, t+t

    2 Tablespoons butter
    2 Tablespoons flour
    1/2 teaspoon ground/powdered mustard
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cups milk
    3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 cups fully cooked ham, chopped

    In a saucepan, melt butter.
    Stir in flour mustard and salt until smooth.
    Add milk.
    Bring to a boil; boil and stir for 2 minutes.
    Stir in cheese until melted.
    Add ham and heat through.
    Makes 6 servings.

    Serve over top squares of cornbread. Buy storemade or make your own:
    Cut corn bread into squares; top with creamed ham.
    to make your own:
    1, 8 1/2 ounce package corn bread/muffin mix
    1 egg
    1/3 cup milk
    In a bowl combine ingredients until blended.
    Spread into a greased 8 inch square baking pan.
    Bake at 400 degrees F. for 18-20 minutes.
