Fried Pork Tenderloin Sandwich

List of Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin (cut into 3/4" slices)
saltine crackers, made into meal (use a blender or processor)
1 c. water
1 tbsp. bouillon granules
oil for frying
4 hamburger bunsRecipe
Pound the pork tenderloin slices until each is about 1/4" thick.
Place the cracker meal in a shallow dish.
Pour the water into a second dish and stir in the bouillon.
Dip each tenderloin slice in the bouillon water and then in the cracker meal, making sure to coat well.
Deep fry at 375, or pan fry until golden brown.
Drain.
Serve on a hamburger bun with your choice of toppings.
Makes 4 servings.
