    Ham Steak, baked w/milk

    2 teaspoons powdered mustard
    2 Tablespoons dark brown sugar
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/2 inch thick ham steak
    milk, approximately 3 cups

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
    1. In a small bowl, combine the mustard, brown sugar and ginger.
    Rub well into both sides of the ham.
    2. Place ham steak in a shallow casserole or baking dish just large
    enough to hold it.
    Pour in enough milk to come level with the steak.
    3. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until milk is all absorbed and the
    ham has a deep crust.
