    Ham Steak w/Raspberry Mustard Glaze

    1 ham steak (12-16 oz, 335-450 g)
    2 tsp (10 ml) Dijon mustard
    2 tsp (10 ml) raspberry jam

    Rinse the ham steak and pat dry with paper towels. Score the edges of
    the ham steak to help prevent it from curling when cooked. Combine
    the mustard and raspberry jam. Cook the ham steak under a preheated
    broiler until it just begins to sizzle, about 3 minutes. Turn, spread
    with the mustard mixture, and broil until the edges begin to turn
    brown and the glaze begins to bubble, 3 to 5 minutes. Serves 3 to 4.
