Pork Chop Suey

List of Ingredients
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/3 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. cream of celery soup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. brown gravy
1/2 c. sliced roast pork
1/2 c. bean sprouts, drained
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. cooked riceRecipe
Saute the onion and celery in hot oil until the onion is tender.
Add the soup, soy sauce, and gravy.
Stir while bringing the mixture to a boil.
Add the pork and bean sprouts and bring to a boil again.
Reduce the heat, cover and simmer.
Stir the cornstarch and water together until smooth; add to the pork mixture.
Cook until the mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
Serve over rice.
Makes 2 servings.
