Pork Chops + Broccoli w/Stuffing, easy
4, 1/2 inch thick, bone in pork loin chops
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/4 cups water
1, 6 ounce package herb stuffing mix, or pork
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Sprinkle pork chops with
salt and pepper. Coat large nonstick skillet with
cooking spray. Heat over medium high heat until hot.
Add chops; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until browned on
both sides. Remove chops from skillet. Add water and
seasoning packet from stuffing mix to same skillet.
Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add stuffing; toss
until moistened. Spoon into ungreased 12x8 inch, or a
2 quart, baking dish. Arrange broccoli and chops over
top of the stuffing. Cover with foil. Bake for 30 to
40 minutes or until chops are fork tender and no longer
pink in center. Makes 4 servings.Recipe
