    Pork Chops, w/roasted tomato stuffing

    1 box Stove Top Pork Stuffing
    1 can Hunts Fire Roasted (with Garlic) Diced Tomatoes
    1 pound pork chops (4 chops)

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Pan sear pork chops and place in baking dish.
    Mix stuffing and tomotoes together.
    Spoon over pork chops and bake until chops are cooked
    through, about 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.

    40 minutes to prepare and cook
