Pork With Apples + Rice

2 lb. bite size pieces of pork
1 10 3/4oz. can tomato Soup
1/2 - 3/4 c. brown sugar
1 large chopped Red Delicious Apple

Spray a large skillet with non stick cooking spray.
Heat on medium/high and brown the pork pieces.
Add the tomato soup and mix well.
Add the brown sugar to desired sweetness and mix well.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 5 - 10 minutes.
Add the chopped apple and stir well.
Cover again and simmer 20 - 25 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice.
