S-p-a-m - Tortellini + S p a m Casserole

1 Jar spaghetti sauce - (10 oz)
1 cn Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz) cubed
1 pk Cheese tortellini
1/2 c Chopped onions
1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c Sliced mushrooms, (optional)

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a 2 1/2-quart casserole combine all ingredients
except mozzarella cheese, mix gently. Bake covered, stirring halfway through
baking, 50 to 60 minutes or until tortellini are tender. During last 5
minutes of baking, uncover and top with the cheese. This recipe yields 4
servings.
