    This is great for dinner with a salad.
    I have also tried it with diced chicken and
    a mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

    Sausage Bread, rolled

    1 pound ground sausage
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1 pound shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs lightly beaten
    2 teaspoons minced garlic
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    2 loaves of pizza dough - chilled,
    ...or frozen bread dough

    Brown sausage with the onion.
    Cool slightly.
    Add green pepper, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses,
    and the seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Add eggs to mixture and toss well to coat.

    Roll dough into 2 rectangles. (NOT TOO THIN)
    Spread with meat mixture.
    Roll up long ways and seal edges by pinching.
    Pinch ends.
    Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes, until golden
    brown.
    It will feel hard to the touch, but will soften upon
    standing.
    Serve warm with marinara sauce if desired.
