Sauerkraut + Sausage

Sauerkraut + Sausage
1 package Eckrich Kielbasa
1 large jar of sauerkraut, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of mushrooms, drained
Slice sausage on the diagonal, making them as long as possible. Fry
in pot over medium heat until skin is a little crispy and browned.
Drain grease. Add sauerkraut, soup and mushrooms and cook on top of
stove for 30 minutes, covered. Stir often.
