    Tangy Glazed Ham

    1 3-pound lean fresh ham
    2 teaspoons cornstarch
    1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 packet Butter Buds, made into liquid
    1 teaspoon firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/8 teaspoon allspice
    1/2 cup canned juice-packed crushed pineapple, including juice

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    Trim ham of all visible fat and place in large roasting pan.
    Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 1 1/2 hours.
    Meanwhile dissolve cornstarch in pineapple juice.
    Combine with Butter Buds, brown sugar, cloves and allspice in
    small saucepan; mix well.
    Heat until mixture thickens.
    Add pineapple and spoon glaze over ham.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours, brushing occasionally with glaze, until
    ham reaches an internal temperature of 185 degrees F.
