8, 4 ounce boneless pork chops
1 large red apple, peeled, cored and diced
1/2 cup heavy cream
Cook pork chops until cooked.
for applesauce mixture:
Heat:
Add: 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg, optional
1/4 cup Applejack Brandy
Mix together.
Add 2 tablespoons of water, 2 Tablespoons of cornstarch
to applesauce mixture. Whisk and bring to a simmer.
Add apples and cream, simmer for 4 minutes.
Cover pork chops with sauce and serve.
