4 pounds ground beef
2 cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped green pepper
1, 16 ounce can tomato sauce
2 cups water
5 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
4 teaspoons ground cumin
4 finely chopped garlic cloves
Recipe
Brown meat, onion and green pepper in 8 quart cooker.
Drain fat. Return to pot. Add remaining ingredients. Lock
lid into place and bring to high pressure (12 - 15 pounds) over
high heat. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for 10 minutes.
Release pressure.
Sprinkle Grated Parmesan on top...Enjoy!
