4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 medium potatoes
1 cup dry sherry
1 tablespoon minced garlic
10 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup of Italian parsley or basil leaves
Recipe
Add all the ingredients to the cooker. Cook under high pressure for
10 minutes. Quickly reduce pressure. Top chicken with halved
cherry tomatoes, chopped fresh Italian parsley or basil leaves.
Makes 4 servings.
