Apple Pudding #4
6 sliced tart apples
1/2 c. crushed gingersnap cookies
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1/2 c. water
Preheat oven to 375. Need an 8x8x2" baking pan.
Place 1/2 half of the apples in the bottom of the pan.
Top with 1/2 of the gingersnaps and 1/2 of the brown sugar.
Place the other 1/2 of the apples on top of that.
Sprinkle with the other 1/2 of the gingersnaps, and the other 1/2 of the brown sugar. Pour the water over all and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
Makes 6 servings.
