Apple Pudding #6, w/breadcrumbs
1/4 pound apples, pare, core and coarsely chopped
1/4 pound plain bread crumbs
pinch salt
pinch ground cinnamin
2 beaten eggs
1/4 pound moist sugar
1/4 pound suet (chopped finely)
1/4 pint milk
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add the eggs, milk and all. Mix well.
Let the mixture stand 1 hour for the bread to soak.
Pour into a greased basin and steam 2 hours.
