Crunchy Apple Pudding

12 -- 15 sliced tart apples
1 c. flour
1/2 - 1 c. + 1/2 tsp. white granulated sugar, separated
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. melted butter, (1 stick)
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Need a 13x9x2" baking pan.
Place the apples in the pan and set aside.
Mix the flour, the 1/2 - 1 c. sugar, baking powder and salt together.
Combine the egg with the flour mixture until resembles crumbs.
Sprinkle the crumb mixture over top of the apples.
Pour the melted butter over top of the crumbs.
Then mix the cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. sugar together and sprinkle
over top of the butter/crumbs.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the apples are tender.
