Grapenut Pudding
2 cups milk,
3 eggs--well beaten,
1/2 cup sugar,
1/4 teaspoon salt,
1 cup Grape-nuts cereal,
2 or 3 tablespoons butter,
1 teaspoon vanilla,
brown sugar for topping
Combine ingredients in buttered casserole. Cover, bake about one
hour at 325 degrees. Uncover and sprinkle with brown sugar.
