    List of Ingredients




    1 cup granulated white sugar
    2 tablespoons flour
    pinch salt
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 eggs, whites separated from yolks,
    ..yolks slightly beaten, whites beaten stiff
    1 tablespoon melted butter or substitute
    1 cup milk

    Preheat oven to 360. Need a 1 1/2 quart baking dish and
    a pan larger than the baking dish.
    Stir together the sugar, flour, salt and lemon juice. Add
    the butter, milk and yolks. Fold in the whites. Spoon into
    the baking dish, then set the dish in the pan. Fill pan with
    at least 1/2 - 1 inch of hot water. Bake for 1 hours.
