Pumpkin Croissant Pudding
6 croissants, cubed and toasted
1, 16 ounce solid pack canned pumpkin
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
1/8 cup molasses
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
extra granulated white sugar
dots of butter
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients, adding croissants last.
Pour into baking dish.
Sprinkle a little sugar and butter on top.
Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes, or until pudding is set.
Serve warm or chilled.
