Rice Pudding
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 quart milk
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cups raisins (optional)
ground cinnamon
Mix the eggs, sugar and the vanilla in a bowl and mix well. Add the
milk, rice and raisins if wanted, stir softly and put in large
casserole dish. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Put dish in larger pan
with water in it. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove and let sit
for 20 minutes. Makes 15 - 20 servings.Recipe
