    A simple yet delicious recipe for rhubarb pie.

    List of Ingredients




    1 or 2 crusts for pie
    3 tbsp. flour
    1 c. white granulated sugar
    1 beaten egg
    2 c. chopped small rhubarb

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 425.
    Line a pie pan with one of the crusts. Set aside.
    Sift the flour and sugar together.
    Add the egg and beat thoroughly.
    Add the rhubarb and mix to coat.
    Pour in into the bottom crust.
    Add the top crust. Seal and crimp.
    Make about 3 slits in the top.
    Bake for 10 minutes then reduce the temperature to 350 and bake 35 minutes longer.
    Makes one 9" pie.
