    Light Rhubarb Crunch

    6 cups chopped rhubarb
    1 large pkg. raspberry gelatin
    1/2 cup orange juice
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    2/3 cup flour
    1/3 cup oatmeal
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 tablespoons margarine
    2 tablespoons orange juice

    Combine rhubarb, gelatin, vanilla, and 1/2 cup orange
    juice in a 9-inch square baking dish. Blend remaining
    ingredients in a small mixing bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle
    crumbs over rhubarb mixture. Bake uncovered for
    45 minutes at 350°F, just until bubbly.
