1 c. flour
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. white granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. diced rhubarbRecipe
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x9x2" baking pan.
Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon together. Press half into bottom of pan.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla together and cook and stir until thick and clear.
Cover crumble with rhubarb mixture, top with the remaining half of the crumble.
Bake for 1 hour.
