Rhubarb Graham Dessert

for the filling:
4 c. rhubarb, sliced 1/2"
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. water
for the topping:
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. saltRecipe
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease an 8x8x2" pan.
for the filling:
Mix rhubarb, flour, sugar, and water together and put in the pan.
for the topping:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, butter, flour, cinnamon and salt together.
Sprinkle over the fruit mixture.
Bake for 45 - 50 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
