1 partially baked 9 inch pie crust
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
pinch ground nutmeg
1/2 cup softened butter, (1 stick)
1/4 cup flour
2 cup cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix the brown sugar with flour until blended.
Spoon over bottom of pie crust.
Combine the cream, vanilla and nutmeg together
and pour over sugar in crust.
Dot with butter.
Bake about 55 minutes, or until crust is lightly
browned and filling is set.
