Roaster Oven - Moroccan Chicken
3&1/2- to 4-pound chicken
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepperRecipe
1. Rinse chicken in cold water. Pat dry.
2. Combine spices and seasonings and use to coat chicken.
3. Place chicken in insert pan. Place cover on roaster and bake at 350°F for
1 to 1&1/2 hours or until tests done.
Yield: 4 servings.
