: All Purpose Rotisserie Rub
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. onion salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/3 cup sweet paprika
1 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl, and stir to blend.
Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
Great on chicken, fish, beef, lamb, and pork, and you may want to keep some
close by the stove to flavor veggies as well.
