rotisserie - Brown Sugar Glazed Fresh Pineapple
1 fresh pineapple
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons dark Rum (optional)
Peel the pineapple and cut into eighths lengthwise.
Cut off the core.
Place the pineapple spears in the Flat Standard Basket.
Rotate the pineapple for about 10 minutes or until warmed through and
lightly browned.
Meanwhile, melt the butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan over medium
heat.
Add the Rum, if desired, and stir to combine well.
Drizzle the glaze over medium heat.

Serves 4.
