    Grilled Corn on the Cob

    List of Ingredients




    4 ears fresh corn or 8 small frozen ears
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

    Arrange the corn in the rotisserie basket and close the lid tightly. Brush
    the corn with the vegetable oil and sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Load
    the basket onto the spit rod assembly and grill until the corn begins to
    turn golden, 15 to 20 minutes.
    Remove from the basket and serve with butter.
    Serves 6.

    Honey/Chili/Lime Butter

    1/2 cup butter, softened, (1 stick)
    1 tbsp. honey
    2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
    1/2 tsp. chili powder

    In a small mixing bowl, cream the butter with the honey, lime juice, and
    chili powder. Spread over grilled corn on the cob. Refrigerate leftovers,
    covered tightly with plastic wrap, for up to 2 weeks.
