    Ham Steak with Apricot Dijon Sauce

    2 tablespoons apricot jam
    2 tablespoons dijon mustard
    2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1 ham steak

    Recipe



    Stir together the jam, mustard, vinegar, garlic and cyenne.
    Spread a thin layer over the ham steak.
    Rotate the ham steak in the standard flat basket for 15-20 minutes or until
    cooked through.
    Remove and cut in half to serve.
