    Grapefruit Vinaigrette

    1 cup unsweetened grapefruit juice
    1/3 cup vinegar
    4 tablespoons water
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 teaspoon crushed sweet basil
    1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
    1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
    freshly ground pepper
    1/4 teaspoon guar gum

    Place all ingredients in blender and blend at high speed. Keep refrigerated
