    Italian Salad Dressing #1

    6 tbsp. Olive oil
    1 large crushed garlic clove
    2 tbsp. wine vinegar
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/4 tsp. crushed oregano

    Put all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
