1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
dry mustard
celery seed
1 grated sweet Vidalia onion,
...size depends on your personal taste
1 tablespoons extra light Olive oil
1/2 cup vinegar
Recipe
Mix the sugar, salt, mustard and celery seed together in a small saucepan.
Addthe onion, oil and vinegar.
Heat until the sugar is melted/dissolved.
Let cool. Then refrigerate.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
